Stanowisko: Assistant Payroll & Accounting (APA)
Miejsce pracy: Warsaw / mazowieckie / Polska

Opis stanowiska

APA will have key responsibility for managing the accounting and payroll tasks as well as relations with clients.
APA will be reporting to the Team Supervisor.



 



Essential duties and responsibilities include the following:




  • Data entry and reconciliations


  • Month-end closing


  • Calculation of payroll, including taxes


  • Local statutory reporting


  • Preparation of relavant tax and social security returns


  • Management reporting and analysis


  • Cooperation with external auditors, tax authorities, lawyers and banks.


  • Supporting a Team Supervisor and the Management Board in all the activities related to clients’ portfolio


  • Maintaining appropriate relationships with clients according to internal policies and the Quality System





Wymagania



  • Fluent English (knowledge of other languages would be an advantage)


  • At least 1-2 years of professional experience in payroll and (-or) accounting area gain within an accounting firm


  • Basic knowledge of relevant Polish legislation


  • Sage Symfonia experience would be an advantage


  • Solid PC and internet skills


  • Analytical and conceptual skills


  • Ability to work independently as well as a member of the team, “Can-Do” attitude


  • Developed communication skills.
