Opis stanowiska
APA will have key responsibility for managing the accounting and payroll tasks as well as relations with clients.
APA will be reporting to the Team Supervisor.
- Data entry and reconciliations
- Month-end closing
- Calculation of payroll, including taxes
- Local statutory reporting
- Preparation of relavant tax and social security returns
- Management reporting and analysis
- Cooperation with external auditors, tax authorities, lawyers and banks.
- Supporting a Team Supervisor and the Management Board in all the activities related to clients’ portfolio
- Maintaining appropriate relationships with clients according to internal policies and the Quality System
Wymagania
- Fluent English (knowledge of other languages would be an advantage)
- At least 1-2 years of professional experience in payroll and (-or) accounting area gain within an accounting firm
- Basic knowledge of relevant Polish legislation
- Sage Symfonia experience would be an advantage
- Solid PC and internet skills
- Analytical and conceptual skills
- Ability to work independently as well as a member of the team, “Can-Do” attitude
- Developed communication skills.
