Position Overview: 
Bid Manager will be responsible to coordinate, develop, and execute proposals and pricing quotes. The selected Candidate will also be responsible to implement proposal process related to projects, optimize processes, provide support for bid pricing, and improve customer satisfaction ratings. 

Responsibilities:

Responsible for reviewing sales proposals for products and service opportunities to determine proposal feasibility. Develops edits and writes original proposal responses and other sales-related documents. Develop a complete understanding of the organization's structure and key buying influences of assigned accounts.  Responsible for validating/endorsing the proposed technical solution.

• Work closely with Sales organization, Presales engineers, Product Management in the development of detailed responses.
• Reviews sales proposals for products and service opportunities to determine proposal feasibility. 
• Develops, edits and writes original proposal responses and other sales-related documents.
• Validates and endorses the technical aspects of the developed solutions.
• Prior experience in project cost estimation is required. 
• Develops, edits and writes original proposal responses and other sales-related documents.
• Manages complex bid/proposals
• Maintain, monitor and report proposal budget and schedule 
• Identifies risk categories associated with project (execution, pricing, etc) 
• Assesses risks and integrates into final offering
• Supports win/loss analysis including lessons learned and improving hit rate 

Required Knowledge:

• 5+ years of successful experience in related field 
• BS/BA in related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience with project management of complex responses 
• Fluency in English
• Experience in problem resolution of issues
