The main responsibilities of this role will include:

• Scripting for on-line surveying. Timely, accurate and cost efficient setting up of on-line surveying for projects generated by Nielsen Research Consultants across the region.



• Managing the sample source and broadcasting the email invitations and reminder emails, responding to support requests from respondents.



• Providing accurate statistical reporting on projects duration, on fieldwork progress, and quality.



• Setting up and maintaining databases.



• Data output and online reports , data processing and validation.



• Serve as liaison between research organizations in assigned regions.



• Providing technical support to Client Service Research.

Requirements:

• Graduates of secondary school / technical college / IT profiles /1 st , 2 nd , 3 rd year students.



• Ready to work full time.



• Good knowledge of HTML.



• Ability to create and understand crosstab analysis , and investigate possible source of issues in data.



• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.



• Ability to work in a team environment.



• Ability to multi-task and meet multiple deadlines Good organizational skills



• Good communication skills to articulate results, describe situations and persuade results.



• Proficiency in SPSS would be an asset.
