Opis stanowiska
Our Client is an international office developer. On behalf of our Client we are searching for a Tenant Project Manager.
Reporting to the Project Director you will be responsible for the technical appendix to the agreement and manuals for tenants. Tenant Project Manager will be responsible for coordination of processes related to office spaces adaptation and fit out estimations and will be supporting Leasing Department in winning clients. Tenant Project Manager will also participate in weekly coordination meetings with the project management team. One of the most important duties is to monitor a progress in line with the agreed schedule to meet common opening date.
The successful Candidate will have minimum 3 years professional experience on the same function. Will have a technical education. The relevant candidate must have the ability to work in a multinational environment and integrate in an already established team. Essentials on this position also are good social skills, stress resistant, multitasking ability and business orientation The successful Candidate will have a good command of English.
