For our Client - one of the most renowned, international company operating in complex cooling and heating systems and services sector we are currently looking for an experienced person for Sales Manager Poland position.
As a member of Country Management team Sales Director has ownership over equipment, controls contracting and turnkey solutions business in Poland. The role holder is responsible for leading a team of Sales Engineers, provides sales leadership around all sales processes and functions required for ensuring success of the whole Sales Team. Sales Director will be responsible for achievement of budgeted gross sales, generated margin, market share and developing new business accounts within the assigned geographic territory. Sales Director will create and communicate the company strategy and set a team vision to create a high - performing sales team and maximise market penetration will also interview, hire, train and coach employees. The role is reporting to Commercial Leader North - East Territory.
We are looking for applications from candidates having at least 8 - 10 years of sales experience in HVAC / installation sector / turnkey projects, including at least 3 - 5 years of managerial experience, higher education (economic, business, technical) and very good command of English - a must. The candidate should have excellent communication skills, proven track record of managing sales teams, excellent relations building skills, very strong planning, organizational and delegation skills, strategic vision capability. We are looking for business mature manager with very good knowledge of the market, focused on customer relations, business innovation and team development.
