Opis stanowiska
Our client international company worldwide leader in boiler Island for power plants looks for CEE Service Manager.
CEE Service Manager is responsible for management and development of the power plant service of power boilers, recovery boilers and flue gas cleaning installations. He is running the team of service sales manager and plans the business for his own business area. His main task is to assure the growth path of service operations in CEE region. He develops local service agreement concepts and manages agreement based business. He participates in strategic annual planning and participates in region strategic planning meetings. He coordinates all service sales in region, does the cost estimation and offers preparation works. He negotiates the main contracts and plans of all service activities and warranty tasks.
Ideal candidate for this role is mechanical or power engineer with longtime experience in service and maintenance business with power plants. He has longtime experience in customer relationship management and acquisitions of new service customers. He has detailed know how about the service power plant market in Poland and the knowledge about potential partners and subcontractors. He speaks English at very good level and has minimum five years of experience in leadership and management.
