Opis stanowiska

For our Client - international producer of interior finishing products like laminated panels, solid surfaces, metal designs, decorative edges, high pressure laminates, compact panels and others we are currently looking for experienced person for Specification Manager position.





The person on this position will participate in the development of sales policy with the Specification Manager CEE to define business objectives, will study investment market to put in place appropriate action plans, will be responsible for developing relations with all the entities interfering in building projects: architects, contractors, investors, shop fitters etc., making company's products specifications in construction products across whole Poland and make the follow up until the order. Specification Manager will present and promote the products across all the decision making groups, prepare the offers, conduct negotiations, technically advise clients. Specification Manager will work in home office model.





We are looking for candidates with at least 3 - 5 years of experience in specification of building / interior design products, developing relations with groups like architects, contractors, investors - such experience and relations are crucial. At least good command of English and possibility to travel is necessary. To be successful on this position you have to have very good construction / interior design sector knowledge and successful commercial track record.





Our Client offers very attractive salary conditions and all working tools, being a part of professional and supportive international team. Client offers salary in range of 10 -14K PLN gross (depending on experience and competences).
