Opis stanowiska
For our Client, international manufacturer of construction chemicals, we are looking for Sales Manager in Poland. The job owner leads the Polish team of building adhesives and being fully responsible for the operation.
The main job target is to implement the business plan for the special brand for floor and tile technique in Poland and to grow the business significantly by focusing on new customers, segment and investing in the extension of the sales team. Responsible for the operation includes P&L responsibility, people leadership and legal responsibilities. Your tasks would include achieving short and long term targets by independently plan and implement sales activities, develop sales, market share and profitability, improve customer satisfaction and develop the awareness and the image of the company.
We are looking for Candidates with at least 5 years of professional experience in sales in construction sector on the managerial position. Higher education degree in economics is a must. To be successful on this position you should speak fluent English, have experience in marketing activities and have very good knowledge of the construction industry in Poland. This offer is for you, if you present excellent communication and negotiations skills and very good interpersonal skills. You should also have to present excellent relations - building and analytical skills, be pro - active and results - oriented.
