Our client one of the biggest oil&gas company is looking for "CAPEX Business & Project Development Manager" with responsibility for downstream sector. As a development manager you will coordinate project idea collection in the group, supervise and lead screening the project ideas by using complex technical and economical evaluation based methodology and contribute evaluation process of identified development ideas. You will prepare 3 year long group level CAPEX plan according to the schedule and prepare proposals for the downstream management for business value creating CAPEX alternatives. You will supervise the management of the investment projects and keep the preparation schedule of individual projects. You will have general responsibility for the group level coordination and folloiw up of downstream project realization during the entire lifecycle of the projects. Ideal candidate for this role has at least five years of project management and master degree from technical university. You have deep knowledge of the external and internal connections of an Oil & Gas Group and deep expertise about refinery and petrochemical technologies.
