Opis stanowiska
On behalf of our Client – owner of renowned brands and Fast growing company – we are looping for experienced and strategically thinking person to take the position of Head of Marketing for export markets.
The person on this position will be responsible for creation and overseeing implementation of marketing strategy for all company's brands and products on the assigned markets. As Head of Marketing you will be responsible for long term brand strategy development and active product portfolio management in line with marketing strategy for each brand. You will be responsible for managing a team dedicated to the assigned market, setting pricing, distribution and promotion strategy, whole marketing communication plan setting and implementing, introducing new products to the local markets. The person will be responsible for constant monitoring of the market and the competition activities, analysing market researches, drawing conclusions and creating action plans.
We are looking forward to receiving your CV if you have at least 8 – 10 years of experience in managing complex marketing projects dedicated to different channels (including product portfolio management, pricing, marketing communication, introducing new products) preferably in construction sector including minimum 3 – 5 years on the higher managerial position. People management experience and at least very good or fluent command of English is a must as well as driving license and availability for frequent travelling – part of the working time is spent on the foreign markets. Only candidates with excellent communication and organization skills, with strategic – approach and ability to work in very fast paced, international environment can be successful on this position.
