Welding Engineer IWE/EWE RT2

For our international Client, who providing professional engineering services to various industrial sectors including Offshore and Oil & Gas, we are looking for an experienced Welding Inspector.
As a Welding Inspector you will need to carry out all control activities provided for by applicable specifications and inspections and tests plans, by ensuring that Product Quality complies with contractual requirements, technical specifications and applicable standards, for the relevant discipline record the result of quality control activities carried out, on applicable forms provided for by project and/or corporate procedures. You will verify the implementation, both at workshop and external production sites, of system and/or project-dedicated procedures and work instructions. You will also support the QC/Welding Coordinator and operational personnel in solving Non Conformities and Corrective Actions detected.
The ideal candidate should have technical background, with a preference for a diploma Mechanical Engineering, certification of Welding Inspector as IWI / CSWIP and the certification as NDT (RT2) and at least 5 years of overall experience of similar positions as QC/Welding Inspector and handling of NDE. Fluent English is a must.
