Our market leader construction engineering and project management service provider client looks for

Senior Quantity Surveyor

to join their operation in the the Middle East.

Our client is one of the most well known companies in this sector, leading projects all over the world. Their Middle East department was involved into various high end construction projects from the planning part to the implementation.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for monitoring of the work delivered by the contractors, starting with material procurement until invoicing and payments, to ensure the project developments are in accordance with the contract.

Currently, we are looking for Senior Quantity Surveyor, who will be open for a long term assignment at these countries.

The ideal candidate has technical university degree with CIOB and/or RICS chartered status and fluent English skills. We are looking for senior professional with at least 10 years relevant experience with the same position and claim or arbitration related tasks, with strong knowledge of the given methodologies. Proved record of international and multi functional project delivery is highly desirable.
