Stanowisko: Country Sales Manager
Miejsce pracy: ŁóDź / łódzkie / Polska

Opis stanowiska

  • Delivering expected sales results/targets. Accountable for all levels revenue, including planning and achievement. Development of new revenue streams.

  • Proposing the sales strategy adapted to the territory by involving the different local units.

  • Developing, recommending and executing an approved sales and marketing communication plan for the assigned territory consistent with the strategy of the owners.

  • Positioning the company to obtain the largest possible share on the market in the assigned territory at a desirable price.

  • Developing comprehensive and up-dated knowledge of the characteristics of the regional market.

  • Establishing and maintaining positive contacts with customers and other business partners.

  • Managing, coaching coordinating maintain and “push” the performance of the team of regional sales representatives (around 15 persons) and back office employees, located in Łódź.

  • Managing [the administration] and sales, respecting deadlines, costs, quality and service.

 




Wymagania

  • More than 5 years of professional experience in sales area gained in building materials industry (bitumen roof tiles, isolation). Proven successful track record in closing deals and client acquisition.

  • Successful track record in developing sales, gaining market shares, building trusted relationships with business partners, etc.

  • Knowledge of building materials environment and its chief players as well as accounts is compulsory.

  • Deep and practical knowledge of sales and marketing as well as product development.

  • Strong result orientation and performance focus.

  • Leadership capabilities.

  • Customer orientation. Entrepreneurship spirit.

  • Negotiation skills.
