Our client, International consulting company is currently looking for a Fit out Project Manager CEE dedictaed for mainly fit out works on office and other commercial spaces to work within the Central & Eastern Europe area. This person will be based in Moscow, Russia requiring business travel in the CEE region. 

Fit out Project Manager CEE - based in Moscow.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years on similar position within consturction or developer companies,
• Desired person will have experience in the field of fit outs / refurbishments,
• Full availability to travel and work in the CEE region,
• Knowledge about local (Russian) construction law, contacts with local authorities will be a plus,
• Close cooperation with internal client, advising on best fit out solutions, coordinating whole investment process up to final takeovers by tenant,
• Responsibility for budgets and timelines,
• At least very good English language knowledge - both in speaking and writing,
• Communicative, open person with professional attitude and customer focused.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supervision and assistance in the fit out designing phase,
• Supervision over technical works, fit outs and final takeovers,
• Close cooperation with other team members located in whole Europe,
• Business travels within CEE region,
