Currently, for our Client, an international developer, we are looking for a:
Development Manager / Residential & Offices
Lokalizacja: Warszawa
Zakres obowiązków:
Analysis of the real estate market in Warsaw and identification of potential sites for property development (residential and office) in Warsaw,
Search for offers for sale of real properties – land plots, developed or undeveloped, for office/residential use in the Warsaw property market,
Presentation of offers for sale of properties in Warsaw,
Acquire and maintain contacts with persons who are professionally engaged in the search for offers for sale of properties and who are agents in the sale/purchase,
Acquire and maintain contracts with architects, notaries, advocates, official receivers, enforcement officers, and consulting firms,
Coordinate and supervise the performance of legal and technical due diligence (conducted by professionals) and other activities related to the offer for purchase of real property,
Prepare offers for purchase of real property,
Prepare a feasibility study concerning the analyzed properties (including inter alia: budget of the project, analysis of the market and analysis of competition),
Manage and oversee the process of obtaining the relevant decisions for the property under the offer until the land development (WZ or master plan) and final building permits are granted,
Conducting negotiations on behalf of the Employer regarding terms and conditions of the prospective acquisition of a given property.
Wymagania:
At least 4 years experience on the position of Development Manager,
University degree,
Very good knowledge of English that allows you to communicate freely,
Communication skills, teamwork skills, resistance to stress.
